Prior to PracticeProtection, Mr. Wallace co-founded and served as a key executive leader of two start-up Florida medical malpractice insurance companies where he identified market opportunities, created business and financial models, conceptualized and developed insurance products, created and implemented policies and procedures, and created shareholder wealth.<\/p><p>Most recently, Mr. Wallace served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of MedMal Direct Insurance Company and CorePRO Insurance, LLC where he led the operations, underwriting, accounting and finance and technology divisions. Mr. Wallace also has served as a consultant to several insurance carriers and agencies including Florida Blue. Mr. Wallace is a licensed CPA in Florida, holds a Certified Business Manager (CBM) designation and a Global Chartered Management Accountant (CGMA) designation, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
