Saunders is a licensed Florida attorney with extensive criminal and civil litigation experience that he brings to PracticeProtection. He has years of prior professional liability insurance experience at MedMal Direct Insurance Company, where he developed and oversaw the claims department, performed multiple in-house legal functions, and engaged in underwriting as well as supervising underwriting quality control. Saunders holds bachelor’s degrees in computer science and history from Duke University as well as a J.D. and Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida.
