He has spent the past 18 years specializing in the management of medical professional liability claims across multiple jurisdictions, with deep expertise in complex claims handling, litigation oversight, and risk mitigation strategies. Steven previously served as Lead Claims Representative for Integris Group. His career also includes leadership positions such as Vice President of Claims at MedMal Direct Insurance Company, along with key claims management roles at NORCAL Group and Florida Doctors Insurance Company. Steven holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of North Florida.
